The shareholder of the KLEIN Group has formalized the sale of the group to Hawa Sliding Solutions AG. Founded in 1931, Klein is a renowned Spanish company based in Barcelona, an international leader in systems for sliding doors and space division. The shareholder has decided to sell it to the Swiss company Hawa Sliding Solutions. This sale will allow it to expand its range of products and services and have a larger footprint in the world. In this way, a successful future for the company is ensured in the hands of a larger group and its international growth is enhanced.
S&E Partners has participated in a long project that began in 2022, carrying out a diagnosis of the company’s situation. S&E designed an optimization plan that focused on reorient the Company’s strategic focus in Spain and the United States by recalibrating market access, increasing the effectiveness of its operations and adjusting its cost structure to the new strategy. This plan was brilliantly executed by the management team under the supervision of the S&E team, achieving significant increases in profitability and facilitating a transaction for the Swiss group.
