Graduate in economics and business sciences from FGV (Sao Paulo 1997), MBA from Boston University Brussels, MDP from LBS, Lean Six Sigma MBB, European Venture Capital Association Certificate, IESE School of Counselors, Corporate Finance & Law ESADE.

Executive with 20 years of professional experience in Europe where she has acted as General Director of Health Care Business of the American multinational 3M as well as Global Customer Operations, digital transformation and inside sales at Schneider Electric. During her career Andrea led various M&A transactions and restructuring programs.

Andrea advises on M&A processes, integration and corporate projects at S&E Partners, internationalization activities activities between LATAM, Spain and Portugal, she is also an investor, advisor and mentor of startups, and works alongside venture capital funds promoting diversity and inclusion in their investment team.
