Marta Mas-Sardá

Graduated in Business Sciences and MBA from ESADE in 1987.

Her professional career began as an auditor at Arthur Andersen, where she worked until 1990. From that moment on, Marta Mas–Sardá developed her professional career as CFO at Ready Systems S.A. (Dutch multinational computer group Getronics) until 1993, and in the Israeli multinational electromedicine company Elscint España, S.A. which becomes Marconi Medical Systems España S.L. for the next ten years until 2002.

At this stage she is responsible for the management control of the company, reporting quarterly according to SEC requirements for the Elscint Group and supervising the areas of treasury, billing, IT, accounting and human resources. Leads the project to obtain ISO 9002 quality certification and the sale of the two branches of activity of Elscint in Spain to the medical divisions of Philips and General Electric, participating both in the negotiation and valuation of each branch of activity, purchase and sale of the base installation of electromedical equipment and subsequent integration of personnel and conversion of the systems to group reporting (Hyperion), being a member of the European Strategic Group.

Before joining S&E, she acted as an independent consultant specialized in projects related to the financial, organizational, management control and IT areas.

Since 2006 she has been the Financial Director of the audiovisual production company Agosto Content, S.L. and its subsidiary in Argentina, as well as the Financial Management of the audiovisual production company Toma 78, S.L. between 2007 and 2014, participating in the co-production of the feature film “Mamá” with Universal Pictures USA.
